Design and render with AI

Open the assistant

Choose Ask Pond Tools in the planner or Studio. Sign in if prompted. The assistant shows your current access and allowance; availability depends on your account.

Ask for a specific change to the current project. For example:

  • "Make the pond wider on the left and keep the right edge where it is."
  • "Create a pond shaped like a dinosaur head."
  • "Arrange plants and rocks around the pond, leaving an open viewing area."

Turn a drawing or photo into a plan

Use the assistant's Add photo button to attach a drawing or reference image and explain what you want it to follow. For a plan you can measure, also load the image as the project's photo background and set its scale from known dimensions.

Review the proposed outline before applying it. Check its dimensions, add measured depths and shelves, and inspect the volume estimate. A drawing or backyard photo alone cannot establish the pond's real dimensions or depth.

Review and apply changes

Design changes appear as a preview. Inspect the shape and object placement, then apply the proposal you want. You can ask for a revision or use Undo AI edit to reverse an applied change.

After applying an arrangement, open Studio to inspect the pond and placed objects in 3D. AI can arrange objects from the available catalog; a reference photo does not automatically become a complete 3D scene.

Create a presentation image

  1. Prepare your pond and surroundings, then open Render in Studio. You can also ask the assistant to create a rendering.
  2. In Describe the image, specify the materials, planting, lighting and viewpoint you want.
  3. Choose Render image and wait for the result.
  4. Use Save image, Share, or Use as cover. Previous renders lets you revisit saved results.

A rendered image is an AI-generated design concept. Check it against the plan before presenting it to a customer: generated scenery and details can differ from the measured geometry. Rendering does not change the plan's dimensions or establish a construction price.

Work from a real site

For aerial planning, start with satellite imagery, LiDAR and water tracing. Use the assistant to refine the design, then check the dimensions and depths before using pond-care calculators.
